Children and Young People’s Rights and Participation Training:

One of the Young People’s Advisory Group’s aims is “to engage, support and empower young people in the decision-making process”. To do this children and young people should know that they have rights and understand them.

YPAG can deliver training on this to children, young people and organisations either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

If you would like to receive this training please fill out the small form below and we will get back to you.

All children and young people have the right to participate in decisions that affect them! All children and young people have the right to be listened to! This should be happening in your youth club / organisation.

Let us know your feelings on participation:
Do you participate? Would you like to participate? What stops you participating? Are you allowed to participate? Do the young people in your project get to participate? How much influence do young people have in your project?
